What if I make a mistake?
Just tell BOS what to fix, for example "Fix yesterday's rice sale to 40k". See Correcting Transactions above.
Can I edit a sale?
Yes. Describe the sale and the correct amount, and BOS updates that entry.
What if I recorded the wrong amount?
Tell BOS the right amount and which transaction it belongs to, and it will correct it, even if it was a few days ago.
Can I delete transactions?
Yes. For something you just recorded, simply cancel it. For older entries, ask BOS to fix or remove that specific one.
Can I use BOS on another phone?
Yes. Open app.bosafora.com in the browser on the other phone and sign in to your BOS account. Your records live in your account, so they are there on any device.
What happens if I lose internet?
Sales and expenses you enter with Quick Actions are saved on your device and sync automatically when you are back online.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open Settings, choose Upgrade, pick Starter or Pro and pay through the secure Paystack or Flutterwave checkout. Your plan updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings, then Data & Privacy, or ask BOS in Chat to delete your data.
